My new victim? Rachel

This is in the middle of a conversation where Rachels trying to find out who i liked. So in a desperate bu successful attempt to steer the conversation in a totally new direction i decided to talk about ANOTHER persons love life.

Ruwan : you know what?! First A asked D, and D rejected him. Then B asked D and was rejected as well. Then D liked C, B’s best friend and suddenly C said he liked her too!

Rachel : You mean for ball? You see, even C has a date!

Ruwan : NO! I meant as you know…boyfriend and girlfriend…

Rachel : oooo…jealous is it!

Ruwan : please la...I dont go for short and stocky

Rachel : Yeah i know. You go for tall, lean and elegant namely like ME right?

*The split second interval while im typing my reply*

Rachel : And you dare complain I don’t reply. When I reply you, you dun reply. Geez.

Am gonna interrupt the flow of conversation for a while. Obviously I have to take some time to type out my reply right? I don’t have that glove which scans your brainwaves and sends thoughts straight to the phone without the need of typing.

Ruwan : Ermm….if your all that then yes I guess… anyway…this is a secret! So don’t tell anyone

Rachel : Ooi. I AM all that ok. You just dunno how to appreciate the good things in life la. That’s all there is to it. Period. =) haha. SECRET? Ok. Im going to blab it out to the whole world.

Ruwan : You better not…Okay fine then…you didn’t hear it from me…then the girl who thinks you look sweet with your hair tied up will hate you forevermore!

Rachel : Ahaha. Why not ;) im just joking la. If she hates me, ill lose my ONLY source of compliments ok. Then I cant feel good about myself and my self esteem will go down the drain. Haha. Note the word ONLY SOURCE.

Ruwan : okay…I wanna go sleep now. Do you think its safe for me to walk from wisma help to my friends house near school tomorrow?

The only reason i switch my phone off now at night, is because last year, my friend from school Hui Eng got into this habit of ringing up people in the middle of the night, or rather early morning around 3am, and saying 'Remember to pee', and then hanging up!

So luckily i was only victimized once before i learnt my lesson and switched off my phone =)
