So it was most obviously fitting, that on my 10th birthday, for a birthday present I got a new bed that was in the shape of a car. It was complete with wheels etc.
Everyone who has been to my house has commented on my bed ;)
And not many have been to my house other than Juen, Gregory, Christine, Stephanie, Raymond, Yar Sze, Hao Rui, Christopher, Dushyandan etc.
Anyway... at the end of last year I finally bid farewell to my lovely lovely bed, and I couldnt COMPLETELY let go of it, so i gave it to my 4 year old cousin for his christmas gift. Remember him? 
anyway....i only got a bed three months after that during which i slept on the water bed i purchased in a shopping frenzy. Last week, I got a sms from his dad (who i treat as my cousin cause we grew up together and hes only double my age (32)), and a call from his grandmother saying
'Last night Xavier prayed and this is what he said
Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for giving Ruwan a new bed. Thank you also for making him kind to give me my yummy yummy bed'
AWWWWWWWW....hahahah...since i had just watched phantom of the opera, i was already emo and i was almost tearing there! hahaha
Dad : okay can you delete the message now? (it was sent to his phone)
Me : why!! I wanna keep it!!!
Dad : Why on earth do you want to keep this?
Me : CAUSE ITS SWEET!!!
Dad : Its taking up space!
Me : dont care! keep it!
Dad : *grunts okay*
but of course i was cuter as a four year old! *trying to steal spotlight back to me*
Me : Dear Lord Jesus. This prayer is for your daddy, God. Sorry. Dear God. Please buy baby Jesus a new bed so that he doesnt need to sleep with the cute smelly donkeys. Also, please help it stop raining so that I can watch TV. This is also for your son Jesus. Thank You. Amen.'
