Under the disguise of wanting to test out his 4-Wheel Drive, he took us through the narrow path, through the undergrowth and mountain-terrain like soil.
It was like I was on Discovery Channel.
The bare rock hills were looming ominously all around us, and we crept and rumbled through the narrow long-forgotten road, reaching precipites, hair pin bends, and onto teritorry no machine has ever gone before except probably a bulldozer. We even went on paths that werent paved!
He has this fake honourary badge from the Government of the USA which he likes to show off as a joke. Little does he know my family actually has one. Hmph. But ours is from the Queen, and its the OBE badge - the same one as J.K.Rowling!
THEN, we went back home.
Or rather, we went back to Mr & Mrs Friends condo for cake, coffee and talk.
While we were there, he asked me if I would like to have this certain thing. I didn't have to answer, he understood from my face. He had bought it, but then had got a complimentary one from his friend, so he still had this brand-new one just sitting there.
YAY!
A Photo Printer with 3 in 1 (scanner, photocopier, faxer)!!! YAY!!! So nice!
