Daniel Radcliffe earned $145, 000 for the first Harry Potter movie, $14 million for the fifth, and will earn $25 million each for the remaining two.

Which means, that he will become one of the highest earning actors of all time. Heres the list! Keep in mind that these actors were paid around $14-20 million for the movie, but since they are established actors they got back end profits. He wont, but his asking price is much higher than all of them except for Person Number 1.

  1. Keanu Reeves - $256 million (The Matrix Reloaded/Matrix Revolutions)
  2. Bruce Willis - $100 million (Sixth Sense)
  3. Tom Cruise - $100 million (War of the Worlds)
  4. Tom Cruise - $92 million (Mission Impossible II)
  5. Tom Hanks - $70 million (Forrest Gump)
  6. Tom Cruise - $70 million (Mission Impossible)
  7. Jack Nicholson - $60 million (Batman)
  8. Tom Hanks - $40 million (Saving Private Ryan)
  9. Leonardo DiCaprio - $40 million (Titanic)
  10. Mel Gibson - $30 million (Lethal Weapon 4)
  11. Brad Pitt - $30 million (Ocean's Eleven)
  12. Arnold Schwarzenegger - $29 million (Terminator 3)
  13. Will Smith - $28 million (I, Robot)
Everyone from number 14-28 earned $25 million, so he's in there with them. And he's only done 5 movies, whereas they've done over 50?

Lucky bastard. As long as Harry Potter is churned out its guaranteed to make big bucks, and since they can't replace him due to the fan base, he has massive power to levy for more pay. I mean, Harry Potter is the highest grossing series of all time - $4.5 billion. The first movie is also the 4th highest grossing movie fo all time, the fifth movie is the 6th. The rest are also on the list, the 10th, 13th, and 19th.

Emma Watson will be payed 8 million for the next two movies, double her salary for the 5th. This makes her in the top 30 of the highest paid actresses of all time.

They don't say how much Rupert Grint makes, but it should be the same or a bit less than Emma Watson.

The 6th Harry Potter film will be released on the 21st of November 2008.

I'm rereading the books again :)
