Emy : What are you doing on Friday? I'm thinking of dinner
Me : Why not we go out the whole day?
Emy : Okay. So, ice skating?
Me : yeah, that sounds fun!
So I thought Sunway Pyramid la, and I didn't really mind cause I haven't gone there in ages! But in the end, after all 6 of them told me different times to show up, we fixed it as 2.00 at the Curve! I knew they would be a bit late, but my mom had a movie as well, and had to buy the tickets at 2, so I came along, and then ate dessert with her at Tony Roma's (we had lunch at home), and then I met Jia Hui at Cineleisure.
After that, while waiting for the girls, I bought my credit, he
When we got there, we couldn't see them, and so Jia Hui did what he did best - grumbled - but then me, with my super sight spotted Pearly behind the pillar. Then she saw me and brought out my present, and then laughed at my face.
It was so big, that it didn't fit into the largest MPH bag, and so she had to carry it in front of her with both handles. Will show you what it is later.
Then Emy turned up, and we waited for Lixia to come back from her regular visits to the toilet, and then we took pics with the Simpson's Family!
See...I am so pro! Pearly's pic was so dark, while mine was so perfect! HAH! heheheh! Kidding Plate kidding! (I think....)
And dont get sick thoughts about Bart! You pervs!
Then we went to watch the movie (The Simpsons). I'm not such a fan of the Simpson's...I only watch it cause I know when that at the time its on, theres nothing interesting on any other channel. Hahaha...but the movie was damn funny. And it was continuous laughter, throughout the whole movie, so you had to keep your mouth open the whole time. Hahaha...and if you've always fantasized about Bart, heres your chance to 'get to know him better'...hahahah!
After that, we met up with Hannah at Borders (she wasn't interested in the Simpsons so she didn't join us earlier),
Then Jia Hui had to leave for his futsal, but said that he'll be back for dinner, and possible pick Charm up on his way. So we took a pic of me and whoever was left (left my camera on the pillar on timer) and then decided that we wanted tea (as in...food tea...not drinking tea).
So off we went to The Apartment, where I've always wanted to eat, and to our surprise it was cheaper than expected! Hahaha...But it was full, and even for dinner it was fully booked. So we decided to have dessert at Tony Roma's.
The Apartment :
Before that, we took some pics with the cows of Marche!
They say I look so happy milking it =p
I ordered the same thing that I ordered with my mom. I highly recommend it. Its called Chocolate Avalanche. Emy and I were planning on ordering an alcoholic version of it called Chocolate Avalanche Martini, but were stopped by Lixia's face. It had just gone slack, and her mouth hung open in this comical 'O' shape, and her eyes were wide, and she stared at us in shock and consternation.
Me : errr...okay okay, lets just keep it alcohol free!
*Lixia's mouth pops back up*
We also ordered some Colossal Strawberry Cheesecake or something, which tasted....like a cheesecake that wasn't Colossal. So yeah...And their fries were heavenly, and mashed potatoes soothing for the soul!
Tony Roma's. The moment I saw the interior, I knew what kind of food they served. Food to beat out TGIF!
Girls practicing their right to be indecisive.
Fighting over food.
Charmaine then surprised us by arriving just after we finished eating. She was on the phone with Lixia before that trying to get her to trick us into thinking she was coming later or not coming at all, but theres a reason Charmaine beat out Lixia in the Genting Oscars! (Oh wait, I haven't blogged about that have I?). Charmaine was dressed....professionally.
And if that failed to knock you senseless, Charmaine works at a bank.
I would have had a stroke right there and then, except she started talking about the things she did at the bank, and the whole world shifted back into position (and perspective).
Then we walked around trying to figure out where to eat dinner. We went back to The Apartment but to my distress, no cancellations. We then started talking not looking where our feet were taking us, and suddenly found ourselves at the top floor of the main shopping mall of the Curve. And so we had to walk right back down to where we just were, and on the way we met Jia Hui (who's calls we all missed by no fault of our own!). We then roamed around deciding where to eat. Tried The Apartment once again, but alas, no places. Finally after exhausting every possibility I caved to Lixia and Pearly's prior request that we eat at TGIF.
To me uttermost DELIGHT no places. But Charmaine ran back and managed to get us a booking for 20 minutes time...NOOOOO!!! (If your wondering why I didn't want to eat there, on birthdays, they make you stand on the chair and do embarrassing stuff! Being a pro at subjecting people to them, I wasn't prepared to BE a subject.)
But Jia Hui didn't want to wait 20 minutes, and Itallianies had a table ready in 2 minutes, so we trooped in. And guess what. Itallianies is TGIF's sister restaurant. In other words....
AAAHHHH!!!
But my friends are nice human beings right? They won't rat me out!
Hem Hem. We shall find out later.
We ordered food!!! Obviously. And took pics! So, let me introduce you to 'The Seven'.
The Amazingly Creative One : Emy
The Not-Quite-Right-In-The-Head-One : Charmaine
The "Macho" Complainer : Jia Hui (the arms charms who forced us to take it via trickery!)
The Scary and Serious One : Hannah
The Local Holy Exaggerator : Lixia
The Fussy and Never-Punctual One : Pearly
And, the rest had their fair share of whoring too!
TWO GIGANTIC BALLS....ONE FOR EACH OF THEM
Me : Charm, are you sure this is how you want me to remember you?
Charm : Yes.
But, being the first person I talked to in college, I forgive her! :)
And then we took our group picture!
But not afterrrr :
I AM SO NOT POSTING UP THE VIDEO HERE...IT WAS SO EMBARRASING WITH EVERYONE STARING AT ME, AND THEN WHEN MY TABLE STARTED SINGING...AAAHHH...
When Jia Hui took the pic he said 'Wah, he looks so tall!'
What I'm so short in real life now is it!
I'm holding the sauce bottle which was supposed to serve as my mike!
The meal was as usual, full of laughter, and me being blur! But blurer than usual as Lixia and Pearly pointed out. And I kept getting wishes the whole day, and I was bursting at the seams with happiness at the number of people (and sometimes even WHO they were) who remembered =)
On the way back, we saw Nicol David playing in the Malaysian Open...so cool! And I met William!
Me : *stares at his uniform* Eh, your working as a security guard ah?!
William : *highly insulted* NO! I look like a security guard meh?
Me : *peers closer at badge* Oh...Medic! For the squash is it?
W : yep!
Me : oh oh okay! Cool! Hahaha
*whispers to the rest* Didn't you think he looked like a security guard?
And on the way back we saw this in front of us, and I just had to take a picture (which garnered me scoldings from the other 6 =p)
Santa now ah? Fulfilling some twisted fantasy of your boyfriends? hehehe
Anyway, heres the gift!!!
A hand made poster-card-book!
Note the green boxers...Emy and Lixia want me to make sure I wear them! HAHAHA...And what Hannah is sticking are the cards...mini cards that had a personal message from each of them.
Awww! And at the back of the purple card, are the pics...that we took over the years we knew each other...
They also got me another boxers from Topman, and the Mika cd, cause Lixia remembered I liked one of his songs =) I love the cd! And my mom sent the boxers for washing! My sister asked 'why are they S?'
Hahahah!
Sniff...heheheh...
And notice the pic on the front?
Here it is!

AWWW!! Hahaha! I really thank Emy for taking the trouble, and also I can't believe she did it, cause she really hates Hilary! ahahah
It came out overexposed much to her disappointment though, but its still perfect to me.
AND GUESS WHAT? Thats Hilary at HER 18th party! hehehe
When I blew out the candle on my Butter-Bread-Pudding cake, I made a wish, something I haven't done since I was little. I wished that I would always have great friends wherever I went.
Thanks for a wonderful day guys!
