Anyway, people have this thing of listing out who wish them and stuff, so here goes!

But first let me tell you some special ones (not that their special, but their timing was special la).



First, Aaron! He wished me on the 20th. The poor guy stayed up to sms me at exactly 0000hours, and then it was a week early! I would have just thanked him, but he asked if it was correct or not, so I had to tell the truth right!

Secondly, Ai Vyn, smsed me from Aussy! And she smsed me when it was midnight over there! So thanks Vyn!

Then, the most accurate sms was Mun Yee and Lixia, who's messages arrived at the same time, at 12.03am. But Mun Yee's was a few seconds earlier, so go Mun Yee!



So, yeah the list...very short one le :'(

Hahaha...Seok Mei was the funniest =p She had just come back from Cambodia (I thought she would be coming back on Saturday, but she smsed me on Friday to say she was back), and I just KNEW she had forgotten (especially since her phone was off and so she wouldn't have gotten the reminder - and shes horrible with dates)....but I wanted to see la. So then she was smsing me about something, and it was inching closer to midnight, and then it passed midnight, and so I put off my phone la, cause she was taking such a long time to reply anyway, and I wanted to sleep.

So my plan was not to tell her anything, and I knew she knew my birthday was this month, so I wanted to just wait till August arrived, then she would realize on her own! But, the opportunity to take her on a guilt trip was too tempting! She had told me 99% of this story, but wouldn't give up then next 1%, so I said...

Me : Eh Seok, you know you didn't wish me happy birthday? So you should tell me you know, to make up for the HURT I felt!
Seok : *goes crazy realizing she didn't wish me, and starts gushing out apologies in capital letters*
Me : Yeah, you know I waited to see if you would remember, as the clock ticked by, and then it was the 28th edi! Of all people I wouldn't have expected YOU to forget! My 18th birthday somemore!
Seok : *mad with guilt*
Me : I was so happy! Could've been perfect!
Seok : *apologizes somemore*
Me : So.....what was the 1% again?
Seok : *tells me*


Hahahaha! I'm also gonna get an outing and free dessert at Ms.Read for this =p Hahhah!


I'm so evil! Hehehe..but no la Seok, its fine ;)


Anyway, had a great day! Lalala...my parents went all out...

Let me tell you a sad sad story! Harry Potter fans like Sherryn will understand!

I got the first book before all the hype started, and I fell in love with harry potter from that instant. Then, I took it to school after the hype came about cause I wanted to re-read it! And it went missing! AAAHHH...Then the next year, I went to Australia, and they were having a sale for it, and so I bought it. Then, brought it back here, lent it to my dad's staff members son, and after that dunno what happened. Don't even know if he gave it back or not! But yeah.

So my mummy put her foot down and said no to getting another one! This was...6 years ago! And so when I got the final book, and took out all the books to take a picture, I froze with the camera in my hand.

Mummy : What's wrong?
Me : I don't have the first book!
Mummy : Oh, thats the one you lost twice isn't it?
Me : YEAH! AFTER I LENT IT TO *******
Daddy : I'll go check if its at the office
Me : okie!

So he left and came back, and said it wasn't there. So I unceremoniously dumped all 6 books into my moms arms (which buckled under the weight) and went to watch TV.

Then, on the morning of my birthday, my mom said 'Here ya go!' and thrust this parcel at me. I ripped it open, and there it was!

I still haven't opened it =p So precious =p

So now I know my parents actually listen to me =p Hahahaha!

Anyway, here's my Potter stash!



I didn't post up the two companion books because....well...I dunno why also..

My parents made me choose the watch I wanted that day when they picked me up from my outing to watch Vacancy. So I ended up choosing a new release Seiko watch worth a mere RM700.


See, I'm so kind to choose a relatively cheap watch (RM700) rather than demanding a RM1000 one!

And 100 bucks to spend when I went out on my birthday, and more cash for myself, and some furniture for my room, and a RM500 lunch...


Altogether about RM2500 worth of stuff...thats okay right? I mean some of my friends got more last year, but I'm happy with what I got anyway =) I didn't really have a list of anything I wanted, so I would have been happy with anything!


I am so surprised at some of the people who smsed me. Like Boon and Sheen Sern...I dunno how they both knew! Maybe I told Boon when we were in the same class last year, but Sheen Sern I dunno how! But, I'm happy! Hahaha...of course, a certain blog partner didn't wish me! Eventhough the day before she mentioned it =p Hahaha...so I'm wondering if its because she was hospitalised for her back problem or if she was forced to go to Bangkok anyway =p
