i am back from singapore :)
yaaaay!
did i mention i suck at writing 'what i did today' posts?
it was quite a good break though. i went with inez and her family and this other australian girl inez's sister dragged back from perth (okay, that was quite a long sentence). the hotel was okaaaaay i guess.. rather different from The Oriental, where i stayed the last time i went. went there by bus, reached the hotel, inez crashed on the bed, i bathed, went out again to some place at bugis to makan. dropped by orchard for awhile and i got my long awaited durian icecream thingy :) inez and i were literally moaning when we were eating it. orgasmic wei :) and at night, we went to the arcade at bugis junction :p i know, you're probably thinking what idiot goes to singapore to go to the arcade. haha. daymn, did we love the attention there and we attracted a really big crowd with our 'skills' :p back here, in times square kl, we are like screaming-hooligans-cum-amateurs-or-rather-really-sucky-shooters. but in singapore, sifu wei! we were really in form :)
got back to the hotel that night, played pictionary and pigged out on potato chips. and yes, i brought my white sheep soft toy Noodle... the one that inez calls 'that damnnn sheep who has haunted me for two years, even in perth' :) inez's bf named joe called her, and they didn't get a very peaceful conversation, with me yelling into the phone as they spoke :) apparently inez's mom could hear me from her room... which was opposite our room across the corridor. shweeeeeet :p
went to bed at approx 2 ish (i was rather surprised we could sleep that night though... usually with friends, sleep is an unknown thing). while i went to bed at 2 ish, inez slept immediately, i didnt sleep till around 6.30 ish.. cos miss inez slept in the middle of the bed and i was pushed to a really really tiny corner of the bed :(
the next day, we went to orchard in the morning, then had lunch with inez's parents friends at the singapore hilton. typical small talk on my part... then we went back to orchard to do the usual shopping and i got my durian ice cream again, pressies for my parents and my godiva chocolates! oh me god... godiva=to die for :D bought quite a big sack to bring back home, since godiva can't be found in kl, apart from klia... and that one isn't even fresh.
chartered a van and went for the night safari thing at night. the van driver was telling me how good looking his son is, engineering student, brilliant guy, 23 years old, and how i should go out with his son for most of the journey..... nice. really nice -_- the night safari was pretty cool! the creatures of the night was not bad, but the tram ride thing was pretty darn awesome :) i loved the landscaping. they did it well in my opinion. the animals were so-so, one or two here and there. and i smelt loads of poo :p but the landscaping was simply amazing... seriously.
the next day, i followed inez and gang to the catholic church behind the hotel. lady lourdes, or something like that. it was the first time i attended sunday service, and the second time i've ever been into a church, the first time being the notre dame! i've never even been to a church wedding before. yeah, quite sesat la me :p it was... different, compared to all the buddhist stuff i practically grew up with. it was truly an eye opener :) glad i went. saw a pretty good looking guy right in front facing the pews (yes, me and my boy-watcher thing...), was staring almost throughout the service, and whaddya know, he was staring back... it was interesting ;) *wriggles eyebrows*
after the service, inez's parents abandoned inez and i to do our own thing :) went to the arcade again, hung out for awhile then went for lunch, then headed back to the hotel to do last minute packing, then it was back to malaysia :)
................ i told you i suck at writing 'what i did today' posts.
received my lse offer pack with all the forms for financial info, student card, orientation dates, etc today. YAAAY :)
and now, i am looking for the apprentice season 6 to download. but, instead, all i am getting is 'young apprentice guy enjoying his body'. there are obviously more perverted ones... but, cant put here la :)
im just too lazy to blog... and my 'holiday project' of doing up rachelcsl.blogspot.com has been abandoned. again :p
here're the results for ruwan's test. those in bold are the only ones that are reasonably accurate. i've seen more accurate personality tests :)
Your mind is never at rest. You are continually striving to influence all those about you. You have some excellent ideas but you persist in trying to persuade others just how great your ideas really are. Maybe you are trying too hard. Take it easy - remember, 'Everything comes to those who wait'.
Everything seems to be going against you at this time. Try as you may you are meeting with considerable resistance at every turn. Nothing is going as you would plan. The situation is difficult and you are trying to persist in your objectives against resistance. It would appear that you are being very secretive about your future plans just in case people around you try to thwart you. (this sentence is only partially true)
You are a rather inhibited sort of person. This could be the result of your upbringing or of your schooling, whatever. You are able to obtain satisfaction from various forms of physical or emotional activity but all in all you are inclined to be emotionally withdrawn. As a consequence of this you find it difficult to sustain any deep involvement.
Whatever you strive to do, something always seems to be holding you back. There is no subterfuge in you. You are a clear thinker and all you demand from life, in a relationship, is a partner whom you can trust and with whom you can, together, develop a foundation of trust based on understanding. You are your own person and you demand freedom of thought to follow your own convictions. You have no interest in 'two-timing' and all you seek is sincerity and 'straight-dealing'.
You are anxious about all the limitations to which you are subjected to at this time. You feel that you are not valued for what or who you are. You need OUT. So why procrastinate any longer - MOVE!
