hey rach, I'm too lazy to do the post I wanted to do edi =p


Last Friday I went to watch Fantastic Four. Everyone else in the 'Cool Gang' (lol!) had finished their exams, and besides, I would have just wasted the extra day before Chem anyway, so I changed my mind last minute and joined them (my mom and dad told me to go =p). We meet up at 1.00 (I knew they were there cause I could hear Charmaine and Lixia screeching from the bottom of the escalator), and Angeline joined us for lunch at 2.00, and Kenneth and Wai Luen met us at 3.30. The others were Emy, Jia Hui, Pearly, and Hannah.

Fantastic Four was cool! I liked it! I dunno why not many did! (actually those who watched it with me liked it, so maybe I WAS THE FACTOR =P). In fact when Mr Fantastic summoned the flying car thing I was squirming in my seat cause I was pretending to be driving it =p. Later that night when I went to sleep, I dreamt that I was in the Dodge with them driving it along...hahaha!

Sue Storm (Jessica Alba) looked bad though. Didn't any single person on the movie set notice her hair was too bright for her tan?

Did I just say that?

Okay, anyway, after the movie, Kenneth and Wai Luen left, and a short while later Emy and Jia Hui departed as well. Angeline and I dragged the others along to see the Nokia N76 at the Old Wing (oh angeline, Ill be getting the N93i next year =) ), and then we separated, and Lixia and I temaned Pearly to get a present for Pearlys friend.


*After Pearly looks at this sweater, she passes it to Lixia*

Lixia : Ruwan, can you hang this up? I cant reach!
Me : oh okay.....


*10 mins later, Lixia starts laughing uncontrollably*

Me : ......................
Lixia : RUWAN! LOOK HOW YOU HUNG IT!
Me : *wonders why the sweater is dangling so funnily* OH!

I had hung it on one sleeve, and on the hood, instead of both sleeves =p


Yeah la, very funny la now...At least I can reach right. HMPH!

Later we met up with Charm, and Pearly and I were dragged along to go find her ball dress. So as soon as we entered a shop P and I would plunk down on the nearest chair and wait. Soon after, Charmaine would join us while the other two would get sidetracked. Finally at a shoe shop (VINCCI i think) I had enough.

Me : eh....I thought we were here, to find CHARMAINES...DRESS!'
Lixia : Dress needs shoes what!
Charmaine : Aiyah, I have shoes la!
Me : MOVE IT! OUT OUT!

And on the way out Angeline looked at every singly pair of shoes and went 'so nice! oh so nice!'


AAAHHH!!!

Anyway, at some other shop I headed straight to the chair and plunked myself down, and I did it very fast cause the chair was cushioned. But they hadn't put and cotton in it.

Me : Ow.


Damn.


Anyway, I left, and they still didn't find a dress. HOW HARD CAN IT BE?

Before the movie we had lunch at Waffle World. We couldn't decide where to eat, and argued about it all the way from GSC to the directory on Level 2. Then I read out every single restaurant on the list, and they said No to every single one. Swt. Finally we decided to go check out Waffle World. Which was right next to A&W. And I love A&W waffles. So for 6 minutes we stood outside them and argued as to where we would eat but finally Emy just walked in to Waffle World and booked the table. Sigh.

It was fun, and the girls all ordered sausages except for Hannah, who temaned me and Jia Hui in ordering Waffles. The sausages were called 'Foot Long Delight', and 'Thick surprise' or something like that.

Me : So Lixia, do you prefer your sausage thick, or long?

Hahahahaha....then the whole table started talking about it. Anyway, everyone who had sausages ordered the foot long delight. Oooo....


So it was fun, and in the end the extra time would have come to waste, cause on Monday I had nothing else left to study, so can you imagine if I had one whole extra day? Then we planned to watch Transformers together, but their all going on Thurs, and I cant cause its my dads birthday. But nvm...will be watching on sat with Min Yang, Mun Yee, Rachel and Ray Mun =)


btw...charm did it again. The part when Mr. Fantastic went 'Its too late', she started laughing. Non-stop. Sigh.


And when Johnny came out of the shower, Lixia started smiling. Hmmm....
