So, when I envisioned the moment I would first touch my very own copy of Hilary Duff's Dignity I thought it would look like this :




But I was SOOO wrong....I wanted to conserve my dwindling stack of cash so I told Ju-En she could get it as my 2006 birthday present =p She so NICELY agreed and so gave me a package when she picked me up from college on Monday. Actually, she was supposed to give it to me on Sunday at Charmaines house but she was lazy!

So I got a SHOCK when I saw this :



GASP! hahahaa...(It had the same back cover =p)

Thats the HARD COVER! Inside is the actual CD case with the same cover, and it opens up into a double-CD case...which has the CD, and the DVD which contains all her music videos ever made and 'At Home with Hilary'

I didnt open it that day cause I was busy, but the next day I carefully pulled it out, only to notice that it was a bit dog-eared on the top left hand corner (you could see with a magnifying glass), and that there was no plastic covering the cd...but NVM!

I put it on to listen, but then 2 songs into the CD, SOMEONE ANNOYING CALLED and by the time I ended the call it was already song number 13.

She blatantly did not mention her father cause she hates him for his affair...Two songs were sung about him...Two of my favourite songs of the album actually, Stranger (about him), and Gypsy Woman (about the other woman)

I did my review. The first time I was a bit disappointed but when I relistened I made a definite review...


8.5/10!

0.5 more than her previous album (Hilary Duff), and 2.5 more than her first album (Metamorphosis)

oh...Good Charlottes in KL..could have got free tickets but didnt wanna go to Times Square to get them...sigh...one of my favourite bands...oh well...its lixias birthday on the same day anyway, so I SUPPOSE its worth missing it...
