The sentence that sums up my life at this point :

Rachel : Why you so undecided one you! You want accts or law one actually?! :p

Sigh

I AM decided...but see if you can follow me =p

Ive wanted to do Law & Commerce since I was able to think I wanted to law, but my mom said I wouldnt be able to sit there and read all the books, so I changed to Accountancy. For Accouting I need AAB, for Law & Comerce AAA. But Im not confident on my forecast and I can only see if I can get AAA after my second results come out which is in 14 days. But then the IDP fair is on now, so if I want to avoid paying Aussy $100 per uni I should apply now, but thats if I go for the July intake.

So if I go for the Jan intake, Ill be able to know in Sept if I can do Law & Commerce at Melb Uni plus apply for free at the next fair, but then if I can only do Commerce, I could have just gone in July and not wasted 2 months waiting right?

Or I can do twinning from HELP to Manchaster for Law, but my parents havent heard of Manchaster so their not too keen on that. (My dads 61 and my moms parents didnt send her to uni AND shes 57, so they can be excused la =p)

Sigh.

Infact when I passed on Rachels info to them they said :

Me : *reads straight from Rachels smses* LSE no law twinning la! They only have external 3+0! But manchaster is a really good law school la. It has good links to famous law firms. And upon graduation, they guarantee you a place on the uk solicitors licensing course, the lpc. Which is really cool la. All the other unis dont do that
Dad : but LSE is better right
Me : yeah, but Manchaster is.....
Dad : but LSE is better right?
Me : yeah, but Manchaster is also very good!
Dad : but LSE is better right?
Me : *feels like slapping him* yes....but it doesnt matter! cause its 3+0!
Mom : thats not good then
Dad : No, he can do 3 years here and then his masters in the UK!
Me : *apoplectic* WHAT?
Mom : no, he can go to australia and then do his masters in the UK!
Me : *cries inside : whats the POINT?!* We'll just find out how much the course is in manchaster okay?
Dad : but LSE is better!
Me : *dies*
