You guys will appreciate this. 2 years ago when we decided to get rid of the old Merc and get a new one, the new Maybach was launched. Upon hearing that my uncle had purchased one of his own in Australia, my dad finally caved in to my pestering to enquire about it when we went for our next test drive (we test drove every model).

We found out that the Maybach here cost RM5 million, and that only 6 were in Malaysia. All were owned by royalty (Rezza, shouldn't you keep up with your distant relatives and buy one?), who were exempt from tax and so they only payed RM2.5 million. I always loved the Maybach, but had never seen one in real life.

Last week when I went to dinner at the Equatorial KL, in my peripheral vision I saw this car in front of the stairs. I wasn't paying attention and so I started turning my body so that I could go up the stairs thinking that I had passed the car already.

I bumped into it hard, and I was wondering how can a damn car be so long when I realised....

Me : No no, the knock must have displaced my eyes...this can't be!!!! (I've always wanted to see one, and I just BUMPED INTO ONE? That only happens in the movies)

But it was real!!! It was a Maybach 57 not Maybach 62, but still who's complaining?
ANNNDDD the curtains were not drawn so I pressed my nose up against the window pane and gazed inside for a full 10 minutes before my parents realised I was missing. Hehehe..

Beautiful beautiful baby...sigh...one day!!!! I was dragged to have dinner with my family at the hotel and so I was shouting at everyone in the car, so that was my compensation for not being left alone at home to watch tv :)

I finally got my passport done!!! Waking up at 7am today, I passed the time in the Immigration reading Marley & Me. It was done in a surprisingly short time, so I spent some time at HELP Main Block before my mom picked me up.

Thats right...I WAS ALONE!!! My dad was so worried...he kept saying the night before : Are you sure you want to go alone? Are you sure you can do it alone? Are you SURE?

Me : .....

I have to train myself to be alone, since I'll be alone over in Melbourne!

So now, I can fax over my accommodation request and also give in passport to IDP to get my VISA. Yay!

Anyway, on the 1st of September, my dad took me to KLCC to buy my sister a present. Or rather he dropped me off so that I could do all the work. So I went to Escada to buy her Island Kiss (a perfume that she uses, and had run out of).

Finally, I bought it (after about 25 minutes of decision making) and to my horror, they gave no bag, but this :

Sigh...

Anyway, waiting for my dad to come around to the entrance, I went into the new LV, and was just amazed. There was a line much like J.Co's, since they only allowed a certain number of people at one time, but after a brief talk with the manager, I got in, and gazed.

I saw some sunglasses I wanted. They had just come out, and they were really nice! The price was REALLY nice too! RM1600.

I WANT THAT BRIEFCASE!

Anyway....

To get an extension on my maids VISA, I went with my dad to Putrajaya last week. Putrajaya is easily the most beautiful place in Malaysia. On the way, I visited the Beverly Hills of KL, Country Heights to visit somebody. I so want to live there in the future, but the ONLY thing holding me back is that its so far away! Sigh...I guess I'll have to figure something out :P

Anyway, the best building there is of course, Istana Melawati. I couldn't get a proper picture though, buts...its just amazing.

My dad also told me that the architect that built my house also designed one of the Government buildings in Putrajaya and won an award for it...But my house is...well...its okay! Its not fantastic...other people think so too!!!! When Gregory first came to my house to do a project, Sharifah asked him what he thought of it and he said 'OK la'...so its not only me OKAY? *stares at Seok*

So here are some great buildings!

The pavements are wide and the greenery perfectly manicured, and and...billions of bucks worth of beauty greet your eyes wherever you look!

Anyway, got my maids extension in a few minutes because the man behind the counter seemed to think we were amazing people, and so headed back home.

Also, I REALLY REALLY REALLY want this jacket and tshirt from Giordano OU (I wouldn't mind the bag either ;)) Its amazingly not that expensive, plus their having a sale!

Okay, this was just a random post to use up the pics on my phone! So...hope you enjoyed :)
