Anyway, I went with Ray Mun, Seok Mei, Keng Yih and Wai Hong! First time going out with most of them actually. And first time I've seen any of them in ages!
Earlier that day I went to the Immigration to update my passport, but at 12.10 I still had 180 people ahead of me in queue, and my dad asked me what I wanted to do (he was getting more worried than me, that I would miss my lunch). So I chose to get back home instead of bailing on my outing! (after sitting there from 10.30 am...hmmm...)
Ray Mun picked me up from my house and then we headed to Kelana Jaya LRT station (he lives right there but still picked me up, so thanks ray!). We then took the LRT to KL Sentral to meet Seok and KY.
To explain the next part, I need to bring you back to the night before. Seok was trying to push the meeting time back, to 1.30, and assured me that if we met up at this time she would NOT be late.
Ray and I reached Kelana Jaya LRT at 1.30, and when I called Seok, she was still at home. But I decided to mess with her, and so told her we were already at KL Sentral, starving.
Then, some 15 minutes later on the LRT, she called to say Keng Yih was rushing like mad since they were late. Then she started talking some people-who-are-experts-in-taking-trains jargon so I passed the phone to Ray, who was very quick on his feet and told Seok to tell KY to take his time, and told her that we were eating *i forgot what* in Brickfields hence the rattling noise.
Me : *wah, so pro...model citizen my ass*
Anyway, we finally met up at KL Sentral and then took the monorail to Lot 10, where after much disorderliness, we met Wai Hong who showed us the way to the Pavilion.
I really like that part of KL. I now understand why my mom and dad used to go there almost everyday when they returned to Malaysia in 1981.
The Pavilion looks so chun. Hahah!

They have a really nice Guess! (LIXXXIAAA!!!! AAAAHHHH!!!!)
I want that jacket!

We ate at Pastamania since I had checked it out online before I left, and eventhough I GPRS-ed the 'Jalan jalan cari makan' page, I ended up ordering a total different item than recommended.
Seok and KY!

I ordered Funghi Linguini, with Tiramisu and Cappuccino.
Then, the strangest thing happened :
I had ordered the Cappucino for RM5.50, and then I realised I could have got a Combo (Coke + soup) for the same price. So I went against Seoks PESSIMISTIC advice and lined back up and asked the cashier if I could exchange. She said okay, and then after she served me,
Me : So, shall I bring the Cappucino over?
Cashier : No, its okay
Me : ...*stands there for a while* So...I just leave it there la...you'll send someone to collect?
Cashier : Nah, its okay
So I got them free. (In the end I didnt finish both, but I DID finish my coffee and have a swig of Coke!)
The Tiramisu was great! The pasta was also nice, but normal. Dont have Cream of Tomato soup, its....just dont.
Before and after!
Then, we went to check out the supermarket, Mercato, and then walked around for literally hours to check out the shops. Loads of great shops, and I can see all those shopaholics going wild in there.
Look at all the chocolates!!! (Times it by 4, and imagine the size of my eyes)

I WANT THAT BAG!
MORE CHOCOLATES??? OMG!!!Seok, Ray and I also got ourselves BALLOONNSSS!!!! Yippppeeee!!!
I didn't want one initially (to avoid stares), eventhough the Grandpa giving them out kept telling me to take one, but I ran back after a few seconds when jealousy overcame me. Then I saw a toddler with TWO! and I was so jealous that I contemplated going back. But I didn't. Sniff.
The BEST doughnuts ever!
We then went to J.Co Doughnuts. The line was seriously long beyond your imagination! But it was worth it, and we even got coveted seats in the full eatery! There was one seat short, so Seok sat on Keng Yih's lap :) No it didn't break! She's not fat la :P

I am sorry to say that I take back my claim that Big Apple doughnuts are the best.
J.Co is....the only thing other than Pavilion, and a certain someone, that can make my mind forget all the words I know.
We also headed to Times and spent close to an hour there (haha at Emy!) and Seok, WH and I picked out a book each. Also, balloon war started!!!!
Seok vs Wai Hong and Ray Mun!

However, after Seok hitting someone over the head with it every 3 seconds, her balloon deflated till it resembled
A comparison between hers and mine!

It says, PAVILION KUALA LUMPUR : CAHAYA INSPIRASI SYAWAL

Part 2's next!
