My BMI is 15.2.
Oh no!!!!
I'm 176 cm (5 foot 9), and weigh 47 kg.
I didn't realise how thin I was, because I always thought that I was 57kg! So when people asked me what I weighed, I said 57, and they said my bones were heavy. And then, the shocking revelation came to me yesterday when I used my parents scale and saw 47!!!
And so, I spent most of my day smsing people who I had told I was 57, that I was actually 47.
OMG!!! I'M SO THIN!!!! I should be 63 kg! Need to put on 16kg!
Yesterday, I started my plan.
Normally, if I was lazy to make breakfast, I'll just skip it, but this time I had a slice of bread overflowing with butter, and a mug of milk. (I'm not a breakfast person).
Then for lunch, I had my normal lunch (rice, vege, chicken, fish) and then I went to KFC, and got a drumstick, burger and coke. I finished those off, and so I had a bar of chocolate. I also had my MILK! :D
Then for dinner, I had 3 servings of mee and my MILK! :D
Okay right?!!?!? And then in the middle, I snacked on Cream Crackers.
Okay? Okay?
My goal is to be 55 by the end of November :D
OMG! ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!! SOMEONE SAVE ME!!!
