My favourite Dan Brown novel, and one of my favourite books of all time is Angels and Demons. I always thought that it should have been made into a movie instead of the Da Vinci Code.
AND IT IS!!!
Its gonna star Tom Hanks again...can't wait!!! Release date : December 19, 2008.
Another movie I've been looking forward to is The Hobbit, but such turmoil is going on before its even started being produced, and MGM's timeline expires in 2010, so hopefully they get their asses moving.
Is Perfect Stranger out yet? Have been wanting to see that. I still haven't watched POTC3, Knocked Up, Lisence to Wed, Oceans Thirteen, Nancy Drew and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
You really should try watching Fracture and Georgia Rule. Great stuff.
Movies you should look out for :
Nanny Diaries, Rendition, Fred Claus, Bee Movie, Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium and The Golden Compass in December. Also, Daddy Day Camp and Charlie Wilson's War!
Goal! 2, and the sequel to Aliens VS Predators are also being released.
Next year, even more truly monumental movies are being released. Australia gets them all so damn late though!
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (I can watch when I'm back, since its in November). The Accidental Husband, Safety Glass, Blonde Ambition, Sex and the City, Mamma Mia!, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Footloose, Bedtime Story, Hannah Montana, and Jurassic Park 4.
Sequels galore : Madagascar 2, Narnia, The Mummy, Sin City, HSM3, Harold and Kumar 2, Scary Movie 3, Indiana Jones, Step Up 2.
Hil also will have a busy time on the red carpet for Greta (Beginning 2008), Safety Glass (end 2008), War, Inc. (January 2008). And also, the film below.
The biggest release is of course Foodfight! It stars Charlie Sheen, Hilary Duff, Eva Longoria, Haylie Duff, Wayne Brady, Chris Kattan, Greg Ellis and Christopher Lloyd. Its released April 11 2008.
So, thats your guide to 2008's film year. :)
