i get so excited whenever i see the MSN e-mail pop up: 10 New Messages.

and my bubble bursts when i see who the emails are from: FACEBOOK FACEBOOK FACEBOOK.

OH MY GOD.

and i get really stupid things like.... really stupid things la. things that i'll never put in my profile. my facebook right sidebar is like FULL of all kinds of STUPID application requests. and it pisses me off like hell. i spend like 45 minutes clicking on IGNORE everyday, lest my sidebar becomes ugly. ONLY TO HAVE IT FILLED HALF FILLED 10 MINUTES LATER.

HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU WANT TO SEND ME THE SAME APPLICATION REQUEST?!?!?! FROM THE SAME PERSON.

aiyo. get the point la. i dont want to clutter my facebook profile.

AND, there're some bloody people. who send those thread/messages thingies on facebook to a designated number of people. i have no idea what the hell these things are called in facebook lingo, but, EACH AND EVERY TIME somebody replies to the thread, saying somehting STUPID like 'heyyy.. of course i'll support you', and the person who posted the topic will reply 'hey xxx! thanks a lot! how's your mom doing?'.. and the replier will go 'oh.. everything's bla bla bla' and the conversation continues.

everytime a reply comes in, i get notifications in my hotmail and my facebook inbox. and this is only for ONE BLOODY THREAD. imagine if there're FIVE ongoing at one go. just imagine the state of my inbox.

omfg.

i still have yet to figure out how to switch this function off like friendster. PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE'S A WAY.

facebook rocks, ten times more than friendster. but its the whole notification shit that drives me NUTS.
