Am STILL at work!

On Friday, upon hearing that Seok would be going to ballet near my house, I invited her over to my house to chat (I was home alone and so was bored!). Then she said it depended on when Ju-En wanted to finish practicing. So I rang Ju to tell her to finish early, and she said, why not meet up for lunch at TGIF?

So I agreed, and Seok decided to ffk her mom and join us.

They said they'll be there at 12.30. I got there at 12.30, bought McD's for my dad for his lunch, and waited in TGIF...FOR 20 WHOLE MINUTES! The very gay and very angry waiter kept asking me every 5 minutes if I wanted to order.

And then they came in...the following extract is from Seok's blog.

BEGINNING OF EXTRACT.

Firstly, so sorry Ru for making you wait for so long!!! Really!
Me (to Ju) : "I can so imagine his face when he sees us..the 'I sucked on a lemon' face.."
Ju : "Haha! Yeah!"
*walks in*
*looks at Ru*
Ju : "Here, there's your 'I sucked on a lemon' face.."
Me : "Hahahaha!"

We were served by this very interesting waiter, named Q.
First, he harrassed us into making an order by coming to our table every 2 minutes asking "Are you ready to order?", and when we ordered the Three For All (Appetiser)..he asked us, "Is that as an appetiser or main course?"

"Does it make a difference?" =.="

Q kept on coming over to my table during the meal, to talk to Ru.

Ru, are you flattered that you attract men too? ;)

"Are you Sri Lankan?"

"You must eat the celery, it's good for health!"

"Back then..we didn't have handphones.."

"Are you all still studying??"

"Stop playing with your handphone and eat your food!!!"

-seokie- thinks : "GO AWAY AND LEAVE US ALONE!"

Tell me, have you ever seen such a friendly waiter? =.="

And when I asked for cold water, he brought warm water..and when Ru asked for warm water, he brought cold water.

Sighs...I had my regular Fridays Burger, and shared the Three for All with the other two as well.
