migrains!!!

so im planning a party on the 30th...

Theres a 'guest list' of around 40 people, and thank god, Casey from Itallianies says he can reserve a room for me.

BUT

I have to specify at least 2 weeks before the party
1) The EXACT number of people, because if I give a wrong number, Ill have to pay for them anyway
2) The EXACT time that everyone will be there


So, Ive sorted out the second problem...Ill tell everyone to wait OUTSIDE Itallianies until everyone gets there...

But the first? Im gonna tell everyone to confirm by the 14th, but who knows if Seok-Meis-parties-ffking happens again? Then Im supposed to pay is it??? My god la...
