interruption

so i was nicely and INNOCENTLY reading li hongs blog (by the way li hong its such a miracle that you updated SO MANY TIMES since i last read!), and there was this post about the tagging thingy...

so being the nice innocent me, i was thinking in my mind

'li hong wont think of tagging me so thank god! can you imagine the amount of thinking ill have to do?'

and then...i was scrolling through the list of people she tagged..

and then i had to scroll back up because i thought i had caught a glimpse of something

and then i closed my eyes for 10 seconds hoping the horror would disappear

oh god...first i was thinking...maybe ill just pretend i never saw that post...or that i stopped reading her blog?! but then my OCD took over, when i saw that she had said 'polices' instead of policemen so i coldnt control myself to comment. So of course she would know i read it la...

so fine...stupid OCD!

Im sure you all know im a very sarcastic person. I shall control myself shall I? And I shall also try not to crap? deal? fine.

1. Must be able to make me laugh.
I love to laugh! Its like my favourite pasttime. And though CERTAIN people think im snooty *shudder* i do laugh okay. hmph. anyway...yeah...well...i love people who make me laugh, and i try surround myself with them. And otherwise, imagine sitting with a person who has the sense of humour of a sloth? Would YOU enjoy yourself huh? huh? Also, i wanna learn how to laugh off my problems, and look at life in a ...yes you guessed it...laughing manner.. to coin a old phrase that would make you wanna kill me for the sheer retardness of it all, laughter is the best medicine. So she could be my own little specialist.

2. Must Be Fashion Concious.
Okay...im taking the risk of being called materialistic but please...I mean...i dont MIND...you know, all that stuff about true love being blind and stuff...Yeah sure okay, but still...I really like girls with a good sense of dress! I wouldnt wanna be walking around KLCC with a woman in a gorilla suit, or something that looks like she got out of bed, and a cat vomited all over her pjs right?

In turn ill try and be presentable =p

3. Must Be Sociable
I like sociable people, because i like to think that I am sociable...and besides she has to get along with my friends, without coming off as snooty or whatever, cause i dont want my friends talking about her behind her (or my) back. Also, if she was sociable she would have a substantial friend base, and since i enjoy networking and making new friends, that would be an added bonus

4. She must have her own backbone and opinions
I love to argue my principles and opinions with people. If a girl had her own set opinions, and didnt conform to anyone elses, it would prove that she had her own backbone, and had a confident, steely attitude. It would mean that she was strong willed, and other than the fact that we could argue and argue about a certain topic for days on end (fun!), she wouldnt bend backwards for anything, and I would know she had character.

5. She must not be materialistic
As in her intentions on being with ME must not be materialistic =p. She shouldnt be with me for my money (which i dont have), or just for the sake of having a boyfriend/lover/husband or whatever. She should have the ability to fend for herself. As in, she should have the ABILITY! not that I want her to fend for herself. But knowing that she can, would be not only a security for me, but it would help prove her intentions are pure.

6. She must be willing to entertain
My family is spearheaded by my greataunt. Shes the last living daughter of the person my family in Malaysia look at as the head of our immediate family. Actually she has an older sister, but shes overseas and is rarely here so it doesnt count. Anyway, this aunt of mine, though shes a doctor, and a politicians wife, and busy all round, grandchildren and the such, she always takes it upon herself to host family dinners, visit the family and such and such. I want to do that to. I also want to entertain colleagues, friends and other people i meet along the way. Thus, i need a supporting and caring wife who would put up with this, and be a good hostess and set a certain pristine standard for our family.

7. Must be caring, loving etc.
Of course she must lub me =) im just so lubable...ahhah...anyway...she shouldnt be all high and mighty, but caring, compassionate and warm. I wanna hear people tell that about her.

8. Must be prepared to be a good mother
I plan to have children. Three and above. I need a mother who would take them to soccer practices, ballet, dance, swimming, drama, speech, and whatever else theyll be enrolled in, when I am unable too. She should be 'cool' and since I have my own set way of how im gonna raise my children, she should be able to add to that and not substract

9. Im not done yet, she must be from a good family
My familys big on 'coming from a good family background'. I suppose it comes from being a Sri Lankan family, and since both my families (paternal and maternal) are....well established if you will. She should come from a known, established family. Also, if her parents are influencial it would be a bonus for my career, and own social life. But no drunkards please!

10. Still not done...she must be supportive of my career and ambition

I plan to be succesful. Owning properties, on commitees, at social gatherings and such. An active member of society. She should be supportive of that. If i carry out my business plans, and in my career as an accountant, she should be understanding. She should help me acheive my goals and ambitions, as i will do my best to help her acheive hers.

I thinks thats about it la...im too lazy to think about who to tag, so..same people as last time la except Li Hong
