anyway...this was drawn at my step-greatgranduncles 90th birthday...

hes my step-greatgrandmothers brother, if your confused
hes from singapore, so he had a party there, and one here hosted by my aunt (simplified from my grandmothers step-sister)

anyway, he was also close to my maternal grandad, cause they were around the same age

no my familys not complicated okay...anyway...my mom baked the cake...not her best work, but everyone seemed to love it, so i guess it was okay (yes im her little critic)








the blue bible there, was actually made by my mom from scratch...its pure cake icing...
she made the flowers too

anyway...im gonna advertize a bit so scroll down if you want

my mom is quite a good cake maker...not upto maybe...starbucks quality? but for private ordered cakes shes good...and she always charges just above cost price prices, which is kinda annoying cause shes gets absoulte nothing for her perfectionist-effort

her best cake ever yet, was the lifesize winnie the pooh cake...it was really...jaw dropping...literally...everyone thought it was bought...it took her 3 days...but..ermm....i accidentaly...well...deleted the only pic of it???

its not my fault, she should have taken copies.

anyway she didnt really put the same effort into this one, hence the normal square shape...

anyway...back to the party...

the food was really nice, and there were so many courses okay...more than 10! everyone was so stuffed!



this is the organizers grandson, which makes him my 2nd cousin...hes really cute and funny, but a compulsive liar..anyway...hes only 4 so...excusable i guess...

and next to him in the pic below is the one who drew my potrait =)
also my 2nd cousin, but hes my grandmothers brothers grandson, unlike the above one who is my grandmothers step-sisters grandsonhe actually has a twin sister =)

anyway...this was early may...12th i think...it was a sunday anyway

and my the birthday boy returned via coach to singapore, where he was promptly suddenly admitted into hospital for lung infection...which a week later they discovered was the aftermath of a minor stroke

all in one day...woah...

anyway..
hes still in hospital, but his only daughter had to return to Los Angeles...
and his two sons are dead

one was a mongoloid, the other commited suiced...uhummm...
anyway..it was over a broken marriage

so...
